Attendance / Transportation Changes: Please email ESO@fairbankspanthers.org
Please continue to communicate daily bus changes with your child’s bus driver.
Carline at Dismissal: Please use the signs with your student(s)’ last name visible. It can be attached to the visor. When you are in the carline, please stay in the right lane and your children will enter the car on the passenger side for safety. When your children are safely loaded, you can exit the carline in the left lane. Please continue to pull up in the carline to avoid traffic issues on State Route 38. THANK YOU!
Transportation Information: Just a reminder, students are not permitted to ride home on a different bus with another student. We can only allow this for emergency situations. Please contact Beth Wyckoff, Transportation Coordinator, at 937-349-9000 x1230. For daily transportation changes, please email the school office at eso@fairbankspanthers.org.

Extras: There is a snack cart at lunch that is offered to students in Grades 1-5. Please discuss whether or not this is an option that you’d like your child to use. Their lunch account will be charged upon purchase if they choose to select an extra at lunch.
Lost & Found: If your child is missing a clothing item, lunch box, water bottle, hat or gloves, please encourage them to take a look at the lost and found located by the recess doors. The unclaimed items will be donated to the Hope Center.

Complete Annual Registration Forms: Online registration forms are required to be updated annually, prior to the start of each school year. Please follow the steps below to complete “Annual Registration” forms for each student:
Login to your PowerSchool parent account
Select “Forms”
Complete all “Annual Registration” forms for each student
If you are using a computer, “Forms” will be in the menu on the left hand side of your screen.
If you are using a mobile device, select “More” at the bottom right of your screen, then select “Forms”.
PowerSchool is the District’s SIS (Student Information System), which is used by parents and guardians to complete registration forms, view grades, report cards and attendance. It is important for parents and guardians to keep their information up to date in PowerSchool
Hearing & Vision Screening Waiver: Hearing & Vision Exemption from
Join Fairbanks Elementary PTO at The Orchard & Co on September 21 for a day of fun! The Orchard & Co offers family fun on the farm; u-pick apples, fun activities, great food, and a fall market and bakery that is full of great items! Show the photo above at the ticket booth and Fairbanks Elementary PTO will receive $2 of each Farmyard Pass, general admission!
The Orchard & CO is open from 11:00am - 6:00pm, weather permitting.
Farmyard Pass Entry: $15 Adults & Children; Seniors $5; 2 & Under Free
This includes the Animal Barn, Jumping Pillow, Pedal Cart Track, Zip Line, Tractor Swings, Hay & Corn barn, Hill Slide, Diggers, Tire Climb, Wagon Ride, Grain Bin Basketball, & Moo Moo Express. (Activities subject to change if there is a mechanical failure or inclement weather)

School Based Dental Outreach: This program provides dental services right at school. It is open to all students and there is no out of pocket expense Dental Outreach Flyer
Blessings in a Backback: Fairbanks is again able to offer the Blessings in a Backpack program to families. If you would like your child to bring home a small bag of non-perishable food on Fridays, please contact your school's counselor.
